Tianjin United Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. is specialized in producing high-tech ERW pipes. Our company has advanced ERW340 high-frequency straight resistance welding machine, vertical cuts equipment of 1,600mm, on-line ultrasonic testing device, off-line ultrasonic testing device, plain ends and beveling ends machine, hydraulic pressure testing machine as well as necessary mechanics testing, physical and chemical inspection center. Our company can produce ERW steel pipes with outer diameter 4-1/2 in-14 in and wall thickness 0.157 in-0.551in. Our company produces different types of ERW steel pipe 250,000 tons yearly, including casing pipes and tubes, oil and gas transmission pipes, fluid transportation and structural pipes based on the domestic standards of GB/T9711.1, GB/T9711.2, GB/T3091-2001 GB/T13793-92 and SY/T5768 and overseas standards of API Spec 5CT, API Spec 5L, ASTM A53, and other related standards. All these steel pipes are suitable for the industries of oil, natural gas, shipbuilding, chemical, environmental protection, boiler, water conservancy, electrical industry, steel structure, building and other such related fields.
